Henri Charpentier’s Ginza Maison is located in a corner of a historic building on Yanagi-dori at 2-8-20 Ginza, Tokyo.
Once you pass through the entrance, like a Parisian apartment, your special moment begins.
In our modern and sophisticated salon space, we offer table desserts, such as Crepes Suzette, which was the reason we founded our store, and we prepare this dish right in front of you. Please come and visit us if you are in the area.

The bananas used in Chocolat Banane are non-standard bananas, so this baked good works with the SDGs.
Bananas from all over the world that arrive in Japan are heated in a ripening room, but due to differences in size and the like, some bananas do not meet the standards.
We use all of these bananas, processing them into a paste within three days* of receiving them while they are still fresh, to create a special sweet treat.
Bananas never used before, but still retain their delicious taste and quality.
Ginza Maison’s petit financier, Chocolat Banane, breathes new life into this.
We do something good for people and the earth through sweets.
