The Chocolate Cake
Introducing a chocolate cake conceived from an original recipe by Takahiro Komai, the Team Japan chef who won 2nd place in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2017.
A hint of caramel within an abundance of chocolate, including chocolate cream and sponge cake, adds a depth of flavor to the sweetness. A variety of chocolate flavors and textures can be enjoyed.
This creation is full of the chef’s whimsy and brings to mind children fighting over the caramel ganache sprinkled on top.
