Non-standard bananas also make delicious sweets.
We use fresh banana paste that has been prepared within three days.*
As bananas ripen, inevitably some become “imperfect.”
Even such non-standard bananas are sourced fresh and processed into a paste within three days* of receiving them
to create donuts featuring the sweetness and flavor of the bananas.
The flavor is accentuated by blending chocolate chips,
which are a perfect complement to the bananas.
*Bananas may not be able to be processed within three days, depending on the availability of the bananas, etc.

Let’s harness the power of sweets
to do something good for people and the earth.

The bananas that reach Japan from around the world are further ripened in a ripening chamber,
but inevitably some become “imperfect” due to reasons such as differences in size.
We use those bananas without waste within three days* of receiving them while they’re fresh by turning them into a paste and making donuts.
Those bananas had not been used even though they have the same great taste and quality.
But with our Bananaana, they finally get a chance to shine.
We strive to bring a little happiness to people and the world with our sweets.
*Bananas may not be able to be processed within three days, depending on the availability of the bananas, etc.
