Crêpes Suzette
When we place the thin, hand-baked crêpes in a copper saucepan, add butter, orange juice, and liqueur, a fiery performance begins.
The silky smooth crêpes and mellow orange juice make for a delicious combination.

Financier
The delicious taste of financier is created by toasty almond flavor and the rich aroma of butter.
We blend two types of California almonds: the sweet Marcona variety and the fragrant Fritz variety. To bring out the aroma, we import whole almonds, grind them in-house, and mix them into dough within 10 minutes.
We use fresh milk from the Nemuro and Kushiro areas of Hokkaido to make our butter, using a traditional French pre-fermentation method. No artificial flavorings are used, delivering an authentic aroma.
The Shortcake
This classic shortcake is made with great attention to detail, and it is a popular product that represents Henri Charpentier.
We are proud of our original cream, which we make light while still keeping its rich and milky flavor. We are particular about getting the perfect ratio of cream to fluffy sponge cake, as well as the balance of its appearance to make it memorable.
Madeleine
The secret to making fragrant madeleines is to use refreshing lemon and mellow rum.
Our lemons are freshly picked in season in the Setouchi region and turned into frozen unheated juice. For the rum with a mature aroma, we use an original blend of two types. Since our founding, we have been particular about the ingredients and make each one individually.
