Henri Charpentier was established in Ashiya, a rich city in culture, in 1969. "Crepe suzette", the dessert we have cherished ever since the days when we were a small coffee shop. The origin of our pastry making lies in the smiling face of customers flickering over the blue flame from the Flambéed crêpes.

We are always in pursuit of ideals, and we will go extra miles for selection or production of ideal ingredients where necessary. With customers’ smiles on their mind, our pâtissiers and pâtissières are in the pursuit of the perfect lusciousness in order to deliver the sweets that we can present with confidence.
