In between the layers of chocolate sponge cake, there are whipped chocolate fresh cream and caramel cream. In addition, a thin piece of chocolate is also stuffed just to accent the texture. On the surface, adorns the 4 types of macarons: Pistachio, Chocolat, Citron and Fraise. Macaron coloré means “colorful macaron”.
